Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your EvoTech account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate your unique RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were originally provided.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
